Cause

Since 1973, PRDA has provided children and adults, with diverse cognitive and physical abilities, the unique opportunity to experience the physical, psychological, and emotional benefits of equine therapy. Located in South Langley next to the beautiful Campbell Valley Park, serving over 100 riders per week, PRDA is the largest equine-assisted, not-for-profit, therapy center in Canada!

For 50 years, our small team of dedicated staff, approximately 110 volunteers, and a herd of therapy horses have provided equine-assisted services that cater to the individual needs of every client. We strive to offer a safe, accessible, adaptive therapeutic environment that cares for each rider now and as their goals change over time. As a not-for-profit organization, aiming to keep equine-assisted therapy accessible to the community we serve, PRDA fundraises 56% of all costs every year. Thank you for participating in our St Patricks Day 50/50 and helping us continue this important work! We are honored to provide this service to residents of the Lower Mainland British Columbia and with your support, we hope to serve for many years to come!
